We use a computerized test results
system called LabCalls to enable you to
receive test results at your
convenience. We believe this system
is the most accurate and effective way for
you to retrieve confidential information.
How Lab Calls work.
After your appointment, you will
receive a card with a LabCalls phone
number and website address. In order
to access the system, you will need:
- Your social security number.
This will be used as your unique ID
number (UID).
- Your date of birth. This will
be used as your personal identification
number (PIN).
When accessing the system using the
telephone you will be prompted to enter
your unique identification number followed
by the pound key. For example, if
your social security number is
123-45-6789, you will enter
123456789#. You will then be
prompted to enter your personal
identification number followed by the
pound sign. For example, if your
date of birth is May 5, 1955, you will
enter 050555#.
When accessing the system using the
LabCalls Login prompt above, you will
need to enter our Customer Number
(8666623025), a Client Login (your
social security number, without the
dashes) and a PIN (your six-digit date
of birth).
We will update test results and leave
personal messages for you with the
LabCalls system. You may retrieve
your results at your convenience using
either the telephone or the computer
(providing you have Internet Explorer 5.0
or higher). LabCalls will document
and confirm you have received your
results.
We have elected to use this system in
order to serve you more efficiently and
enable you to get your results in
the most accurate and expedient manner.
