In December 1972, Gynecology & Obstetrics Associates, PA was formed to bring the Northwest Florida and Southern Alabama areas excellence in gynecological and obstetrical care. Over the years, as a convenience to our patients, such services as laboratory, ultrasound, urodynamics and bone densitometry (DEXA) were added in order for our practice to provide more comprehensive women's healthcare. In March 2001, the Obstetric and Gynecology practice associated with West Florida Medical Center Clinic joined Gynecology & Obstetrics Associates and we changed our name to The Women's Group.  Effective October 1, 2003, the physicians of the Women's Group became part of Women's Health, PA. and continue to provide services as The Women's Group.

Our office is located in the Cordova area, near Cordova Mall, behind Cordova Square off of 12th Avenue in Pensacola.  One of the first things people notice about our office is that it is like walking into someone's home, not into a physician's office.

Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.  Same day appointments are available with some of our providers. For obstetrical patients, we offer breastfeeding classes on a monthly basis in our office. The breastfeeding class is conducted by one of our nurse practitioners who is a certified lactation counselor.
