Medical Staff

Between our physicians, our nurse midwife, and our nurse practitioner, we have a combined over 130 years of experience in gynecology and obstetrics. All of our physicians are board certified with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and fellows of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Our nurse midwife is a member of the American College of Nurse Midwives and our nurse practitioner is a member of the Academy of Nurse Practitioners. They are also nationally certified with the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN). Our physicians are on staff at Baptist Hospital, Sacred Heart Hospital, West Florida Hospital, their respective surgical centers and the Northwest Florida Surgery Center. Besides general gynecology and obstetrical care, our physicians provide the following services: adolescent gynecology, laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, menopausal medicine, urinary incontinence, minimally invasive surgery, hormone replacement therapy, and basic infertility.

Effective January 1, 2006, Dr. Bush is providing gynecology services only; She no longer delivers babies.

After 20 years, Dr. Kenneth Mitchell has retired from his gynecology practice effective December 31, 2007.  Our remaining physicians will continue to provide obstetrical and/or gynecological care to Dr. Mitchell's former patients.  Please call for an appointment or to discuss any questions or concerns.

Dr. Mitchell will continue his Bariatric Medicine practice with MediWeightloss Clinics.  They are now located at 1020 N. Palafox in Pensacola.
