Effective February 1, 2026, there is a charge of $35 per form for the completion of FMLA and Disability paperwork.

Our office is open Monday-Friday and is closed for major holidays. No evening or weekend hours which provides a nice work/life balance. This is a part-time position, typically working 3 days per week.
The RN or LPN will primarily work in our phone nurse triage area. Prior OB or GYN experience is essential for success and prior physician office experience is preferred. Must have an active Florida RN or LPN license.
